Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Endless Mysteries is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives with a visibly damaged package, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the damaged shipping package. After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution. No return is required for approved damage claims.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If your package appears lost, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help you locate it.
