Return & Refund Policy
At Endless Mysteries, your satisfaction is our priority.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your request, you must provide:
Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the damaged shipping package/packaging
Your order number
The shipping package must show visible damage for your claim to be eligible.
Once we review and approve your claim, we'll gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Because we are a small business and many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not accept returns for items that are not damaged, ordered by mistake, or no longer wanted.
